When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 3:00PM (PST) will normally ship the same business day. Please allow more time for international orders to be processed.
Will I receive an invoice and tracking# for the shipment?
Yes, you should receive an invoice confirmation to the e-mail address provided on the order, shortly after you place your order. A separate email containing the tracking# will e-mailed to you once the order ships.
Order received is incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing items. What do I do?
Keep the original box and everything inside, as this might be used to file a claim with the carrier. Then contact us at RMA@on2tech.com to receive a RMA# for your order.
